Strivo debuts Benchmark Live on video from Nasdaq Studio
Benchmark Live makes its video debut with a brand new episode recorded at Nasdaq Studio, where Strivo's Peter Jönsson sits down with Adam Kostyál, European Head of Listings at Nasdaq.
Strivo launches a new tracker certificate providing exposure to the global pharmaceutical sector in connection with issuance 2026:1. The tracker certificate offers investors access to a sector characterised by stable demand and long-term structural growth drivers.
The global population is ageing while lifestyle-related diseases continue to increase. Forecasts indicate that more than half of the world’s population is expected to suffer from obesity by 2035, contributing to rising demand for long-term pharmaceutical treatment. Historically, the pharmaceutical sector has demonstrated relatively low sensitivity to economic cycles, supported by stable cash flows and high barriers to entry.
The launch forms part of Strivo’s increased focus on thematic trackers. Over the past year, Strivo has launched trackers providing exposure to themes such as nuclear power, the global defence industry and European small-cap equities. Additional launches across several current investment themes are planned for 2026.
We see clear demand for more targeted and easily accessible exposures. As a result, we are increasing the pace in 2026 and launching more thematic trackers than in previous years. Our ambition is for investors to always have access to relevant themes, regardless of market conditions, says Björn Johansson, Head of Securities at Strivo.
